Satiny® makes every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. Orders will be prepared in our logistics warehouses. They will then be dispatched from our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation.

2. Delivery policy

DELIVERY IN UNITED KINGDOMS

Home delivery: We will prepare your delivery within 2 to 3 days. We will then deliver it to you within 5 to 12 working days, from the time we confirm the dispatch of your order. Delivery costs are 2.90£, or delivery is free for orders over 20£.

DELIVERY ABROAD

Home delivery: We will prepare your delivery within 2 to 3 days. We will then deliver it to you within 8 to 12 working days from the confirmation of shipment of your order. Delivery costs 2,90£, or free delivery for orders over 20£.
